HELLO MY NAME IS SHIRLEY HOLMAN
Professional cook living in Palm Beach County, FL. I love to tantalize taste buds as well as serve the hearts and stomachs of those I love and to those that follow the aroma of my Kitchen, regardless of what the "weather" I'm working in.

-Aside from being a professional cook, I am a woman of many talents and certifications.

-I work hard and try not to take myself seriously

-I don't mind getting my hands dirty, don't let the pretty face fool you.

 

-I cook from the heart and by experience, not by experiment.

 

We pride ourselves on using quality poultry, seafood and vegetables, as well as craft our side orders, sauces, baked goods etc, on a daily basis. Our menus may change with notice, still offering a mix of my signature southern dishes. All dishes are homemade, made by Shirley and inspired by my "Grandmother" with a unique, creative vision.
